Completed the Diving into Business Analysis course. I want to share my impressions about participation in Skills Marathon: Scrum. In the Scrum marathon, there was an understanding of how it works in reality. The theory was superimposed on the practical experience of using Scrum in life by our teachers. It was very informative that the speakers were different people who lead different roles in projects and usually use their individual experience when working with their teams. We analyzed specific practical things that do not seem to be related to Scrum, but help to do Scrum, not "scrum, but...". And these are practical things that you take and apply. Some comparisons and explanations that made it possible to look at Scrum from a different angle were very memorable. I think it is very telling that our meetings were regularly delayed, but at the same time it was interesting and exciting, there was lively communication and involvement. It was like reading an interesting book before going to bed - as if it's time to go to bed and get up early tomorrow, but you still keep reading :) Thank you very much for holding such an event. For me personally, my knowledge was upgraded and I reached another level of understanding of the Scrum framework. Well, of course, these are specific things that have already made changes in my current work.
